Common questions
What counts as an engager?
Every unique person who reacted to or commented on a post. We dedupe people who did both, so 500 reactions + 100 comments from the same audience counts once, not twice.
When do paid plans start?
Soon. Until then, if 150 a month isn't enough, message me and I'll top you up.
What happens if I hit my engager cap?
New fetches stop, so there are no surprise bills. Your free engagers come back next month. Need more before that? Message me and I'll top you up.
Is this compliant with LinkedIn's Terms?
We only process engagement data that's publicly visible to any logged-in LinkedIn user, via compliant data sources. We don't bypass authentication, scrape private profiles, or access anything that wouldn't be visible to a human reading the post.
How accurate is the ICP classification?
Every prediction comes with a confidence score and a why-reason, both included in the CSV. Overriding a classification will be available soon.
What about GDPR / data deletion?
We store only publicly available engagement data. In Settings, Danger zone, you can delete all your analyses or delete your account entirely. Deleting a single engager will be available soon.
